Busy Week!

Nothing new, right?! This week is super busy for us, but exciting.

This morning the kids had their friends over and we made Marshmallow Lasanga. I'll have to post pictures of that later. It was a lot of fun. What is Marshmallow Lasanga? It's two cinnamon graham crackers with marshmallow cream smeared in between to make a sandwich. Then I had chocolate melted and ready in my little dipper. The moms dunked 1/2 of the 'lasanga' in the chocolate and then the kids got to pick which sprinkles they wanted on top. Lots of fun, and honestly, it wasn't too messy at all.

Tomorrow is our only day off! Chris is working nights this week so i'll actually have the entire day to spend with him. Landon will be at school (if the weather isn't bad (Icy) and they cancel it), and it will just be the three of us at home.

Then Wednesday is where it picks up and doesn't stop until Sunday night, but not for long, another busy week next week!

Wednesday I'm having a Pre-Superbowl Party at the house and all of the kids will come wearing their football attire (jerseys, cheerleading outfits, etc). Then Wednesday night we are having a Breakfast for Dinner Playdate. Everyone will bring a breakfast item and we'll all eat and let the kids play.

Thursday is an Appetizer Recipe Swap. Everyone will make an appetizer and bring it and then we'll all swap recipes. I scheduled it this week so that we can all get some ideas for Superbowl this Sunday! Already, can you believe it?!

Friday is a 'Make your Own Trailmix' playdate at the house. Everyone will bring something to add to the mix. The last time we did this it was really yummy!

Saturday is Landon's 3rd Birthday Party here at the house. It's a Football theme, the day before SuperBowl.

Sunday we are going to our friends house with 7 other couples for a SuperBowl Party with the kids. We are going to grill and just have a good ol' time!

Then Monday the week starts all over again! Phew!
